With over fifteen years in-house experience in Switzerland, Canada and the US, Todd brings an inside perspective to the legal support needs of growing companies. He is passionate about delivering practical legal solutions tailored to the evolving needs of SMEs.

Todd has held various legal roles at L-3Harris (formerly Northrup Grumman Canada Corporation), Pilatus Aircraft Ltd, Jet Aviation Business Jets AG, Scandit AG and Canada Post Corporation. This has given him significant experience drafting, negotiating and managing complex international contracts with heavy engineering and technical foundations, licensing software as both a client and a vendor, and supporting large-scale industrial procurement.     

Todd holds law degrees in both English common law and French civil law from McGill University (Montreal),  and has been called to the bar in Canada and the US.  He is a member of the Canadian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce(canswiss.ch)and a former board member of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association. He speaks English, French, and German.
