Todd has held senior legal roles at L-3 Harris (formerly Northrop Grumman Canada Corp.), Pilatus Aircraft Ltd., Jet Aviation AG, Scandit AG and Canada Post, giving him deep experience in complex international contracts with heavy engineering foundations, software licensing, SaaS and cloud contracting, development contracts for proprietary hardware and software, and large-scale industrial procurement.
